Terrible service, my item incurred £61 shipping fees which I was not aware of, customer service was shocking just continued apologies. Item sue on 14th for valentines gift it’s now 16th and no sign of it still. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Communication was great, as well as customer support! As company it is highly recommended, as is their very kind personnel, but two of the bought products came with defective atomizer sealing, which resulted in liquid dropping all inside the internal box until receiving them, loosing part of content due to this reason.
