Great customer service. I had an issue with my product (not their fault) and they went out their way to contact the manufacturer which then lead to me receiving a new item. They took care of the situation which dragged on for a while very well and had a lot of patience. Quick delivery times too. Shipment from Belgium to UK only took about 3-4 days. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a fragrance.

The team at la Maison du parfum have been great throughout my purchasing experience. Issues with supply resulted in a delay but the communication was of the highest standard. And when my parcel arrived there was a lovely hand written note apologising for the delays with a selection of samples. They literally couldn’t have done anymore!
