Jack the advisor was calm and professional in tone and manner at all times. Jack went through questions again on request if needed and made sure I was happy to proceed . I wasn't going to change my policy at all in my mind but his friendly voice made me listen to what he had to say ..which in turn changed my mind. It did also help that I was on a day off.
