I began my insurance search with many worries about online fraud but now know this Company to be trustworthy. They are an insurance agency or broker and are efficient, accurate, careing and informative. I was dealt with by telephone call in which i also responded to a medical questionnaire. Now I have life insurance with legal and General. But with online insurance purchases it is essential that emails sent to customers are read and dealt with. I am very happy. My direct debit was set up and dealt with by BP but was not taken for some weeks during which time I registered on the net with Legal and General direct and also spoke to them direct on the phone about registration. I was given an excellent premium by Better Protect. A policy number was issued over the phone. Very pleased and thanks Better Protect.

The person that helped me get my insurance was polite and kind and strived to get the best deal for me. When I had questions they were always there to answer them either on the phone or via email. They explained things I didn’t understand. Would recommend! The person that helped me was named Charles and he was excellent. He went on holiday during the time my policy was being put into place and the lady that took over was equally as nice.

A very helpful young man , gave you all option , FOR-WHAT Best suited you ,Obviously the more you pay the more you get ,(goes with out saying) We were paying into an life insurance for my Husband who is a healthy 72 But the Insurance finished at 80 which was a compleate waste of time , that money wasted , plus the sooner you change according to age the better deal you can get , lm 11years younger than my husband , so need to change mind now , but an excellent young man and NOT PUSHY just very very helpful THANK YOU .
