Worst experience ever. There is no support. I order on 22nd December yet no reply phone number doesn’t work. Tried calling several times. Still no answer. There is no update for my consignment. Sorry to say but it is a worst experience ever had

I was really impressed by whiffy and their customer service. I happened to order a few days before the black Friday with out thinking about it. So my order was a little bit late. I called the enquiries number thinking I would be on hold for hour's I was pleasantly surprised I was greeted by a lovely lady who explained that they have been inindated with orders but she will put an enquiry in and ask them to speed it up. It was delivered the next day. The parcel was well packed and I also received a lil sample. The perfume itself was nice & matched the description online. Thank you whiffy.
