I’m extremely disappointed as a first-time customer of this perfume store. They advertised a Christmas promotion where a gift was supposed to be included with my order, but the gift was not sent. When I contacted them to ask about it, they told me I had to pay for shipping to receive it. This is deceptive and misleading! On top of that, the customer service was terrible—poor communication and no willingness to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid it if you value honesty and good service!

Whiffy processed the order in decent time but the consignment carrier has yet to deliver the package some 2 weeks later. Wont be ordering anything else if Aramex is the preferred consignment carrier, service is terrible - non responsive. My initial enthusiasm has gone.

Great variety of perfumes.Packaging was great. Postage tracking was abit slow to come through on the emails. The website is still reading from bottom to top everytime you click to the next page,this is so annoying and should be fixed to give us consumers a better online experience.
