My experience was awesome, easy and fast! I knew what I wanted, with pictures for reference and Linda was able to create a 3D CAD for me to confirm before production was starting on my earrings. She gave me many options of stones and even informed me on the difference between them. After I confirmed the CAD, it took about 10 days to make the earrings and I was updated the entire time. Once they were finished, I was sent a video of the final product to confirm before they were sent out. Shipping was FAST!! It took less than a week to arrive (I’m in Texas)… I highly recommend you check out Linda and don’t be scared to ask for quotes. My customised moissanite bracelets turned out beautifully, each one was well packaged come with GRA certificates, to my suprise I didn't realise each bracelet comes with a lifetime 18k gold replating, the base is also Stirling silver & great quality, the communication with the seller was also quick & fast shipping.
