No he recibido los cojines comprados y les llame varias veces sin respuesta y tambien a traves de un email sin respuesta.

12 dias despues del pedido, sigue en preparacion. Nadie contesta. Nadie da fechas. Pedido que debía recibir hace 10 dias. reclamado el dinero porque es una verguenza

Taburetes de Buena calidad, bien empaquetados y llegaron muy rápido

El servicio post venta es deficiente. No contestan nunca el tfno. Hay una sola persona atendiendo todas las llamadas y no da abasto. Deberian tener mas personal para atender el negocio. Hacer click en el ordenador para pedir y pagar es muy sencillo, a partir de ahí se complica todo por no tener atencion al cliente. Un consejo: Contraten mas personal, les ira mejor el negocio.

Empresa sería y eficiente. Artículos de calidad, buena comunicación y buena gestión. Repetiria sin dudarlo

I ordered a table that had a 4 week delivery- only once I paid - the entire amount- did they reveal that it was actually out of stock. I wrote an email and said I needed it in 5 weeks and to let me know if that wasn’t possible. No response. I wait 4 weeks and so try and call. The number on the internet is never answered. It’s now 9 weeks and they say it’s despatched but they can’t give me a tracking number. Communication is very poor. Table did eventually turn up but communication needs a huge improvement. I would not use them again.

Everything went smoothly at Mueble Design. Selection, ordering and delivery.There was no problem at all. For me it was the best choice.

La mesa es tal como se describe, el acabado del tablero superior resulta muy bonito y agradable y el pie acabado en brillo, es lo que buscaba, y el envío, rápido y sin contratiempos, todo como ponía en su página.

I ordered a lounge chair that missed one screw. I asked to send the screw together with another office chair I Ordered. No screw. Still have not received. A missed opportunity. The lounge chair and the office chair I ordered are fantastic.
