I had great customer support with this company as my first package was stolen and they happily replaced it. My only complaint is the pictures look much brighter and clearer online than the ones that I received but overall very good quality. I'm extremely happy with the customer support!

There was a great choice of letters to choose from. The finished Frame was lighter than Pictured.

The photos are cheap and they don't look like the actual letters in person. I was expecting them to be like the ones at Hobby Lobby but these just don't compare. I purchased a groupon and ordering from the website was easy and shipping was fast, but I honestly probably won't even use the letters after all. Just not what I was expecting.

My original order came to me as the wrong product. I contacted them, & they agreed with me, & resent me the correct item, no extra charge, told me to keep the 1st one, no charge! They are a very trustworthy company.
