This is the 4th one I’ve bought. 3 were very well received gifts

I love our Frame The Alphabet! With all the choices I had a hard time deciding what word to use and what to use. I personally would love some updated and new photos of "letters" more nautical, beach themed, and maybe more from various genres of trending themes.

If I could given them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service and experience dealing with a company ever. I will never use them again nor will I recommend to anyone! I received a product that was poorly made and incorrect than what I ordered. The letters were printed directly on the aluminum which made the edges of the letters smudge or appear to bleed. The background was white when I ordered beige. I emailed customer service and sent photos that I was lot happy with the item received. After a few emails back and fourth nothing was resolved and the only “help” I received was an discounted offer on purchasing another frame! I decided to call the customer service number and speak to someone. The lady I spoke to was not helpful and was flat out rude. She was not willing to help me and told me “you received what you ordered” & “ that is our beige background” even though the background is obviously white as snow. The frame is going to be thrown away since I can’t do anything with it and is not giftable at all. I’m also not paying for return shipping.

My experience was great. I enjoyed creating different gifts for my loved ones & they were ecstatic when they received them. Customer service was extremely friendly & helpful. I'll DEFINITELY be ordering from them again & I highly recommend Frame The Alphabet.

I have ordered many signs from Frame The Alphabet and have always been pleased - I received one last week and was not - I don't know how but I ordered the metal version - I was disappointed in the quality and also in the barnwood frame which felt light and cheap - I always order the picture with glass, so I don't know how this happened. It was a wedding gift so I had to give it to them ~ sorry to say I was not happy with the product :(
