We ordered the rustic barn wooden large frame as a gift for my parents this Christmas and frame the alphabet did not disappoint. We were able to customize each letter, the matte, and the frame along with style and size. It was delivered earlier than expected and the level of care for protection of finished product was exemplary. The piece came out EXACTLY as we expected and we highly recommend this company!
