I absolutely loved my purchase from Frame The Alphabet! Such a great idea and great pictures! The only suggestion I might have is to be able to view the pictures a little bigger. :)

Excellent quality! My prints look great. I did not receive one of the letters that I ordered. I sent an email to the customer service during the weekend. I got an email on the following Monday with an apology and stating that they are sending the missing letter to me right away. I'm very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Frame The Alphabet and will recommend to friends.

Website very easy to use, good pricing, fast shipping. The actual product looks very nice, light-weight.The only minor issue is that there were fingerprints on the metal that I cannot get off. Very hard to see, though so I am very happy with company and product overall.

No problems ordering, etc., but the quality was less than I had anticipated. I thought it would be a matted and framed piece, but in actuality appears to be one large photograph in a cheap frame with cheap mounting hardware.
