A few weeks ago I received several ornaments I had ordered but didn’t look at them till last week when we put up our tree, one of the ornaments was broke on the hanger hole, I emailed the company and received a replacement ornament within a week, outstanding customer service and exceeded my expectations getting a replacement so fast

This name frame is a wedding gift for one of our grandsons. They haven't been given the gift yet. I think they will really like it.
