Eric was amazing! From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and looked out for my best interests vs his pockets. I would highly recommend anyone looking for baby decorations, etc to deal with the Posh Baby team.

Very frustrating situation with this shop. I ordered a stroller, and over a week later hadn't received a shipping confirmation. They don't respond to emails or voicemails, and I had to call half a dozen times before they'd pick up the phone. Finally someone answered and I got passed to someone in the warehouse, who said it should ship soon, or be delivered soon, but couldn't provide a tracking number after I asked multiple times. Ultimately he said he didn't want to keep my money locked up, so the order was refunded but I was supposed to call when the stroller arrived. What sense does that make? Well, I called Uppababy, they confirmed some retailers do drop ship (i.e. ship to the customer straight from the manufacturer), but lo & behold, there was no record of this order in the system. They never ordered it. Well, glad they refunded my money because I immediately bought it from another shop. It's been a while since I've dealt with a company so unhelpful or willing to try and solve a problem for a customer (a problem of their own creation, no less).

Our experience with Posh was nothing but pleasant and easy from start to finish! Eric made sure we had everything taken care of and was so helpful in picking out furniture based on our taste and style. We will definitely be back for the next baby and all of our baby needs in the future!

It was first time buying from this company so I wasn't sure if it was legit but did my research and I felt comfortable about buying from them. I bought the Doona Car seat/ stroller on I think a Tuesday and got it by Friday in the same week. I was so excited. And still am. Thank U Poshbaby.com. I couldn't be more happier. Great store along with awesome service and delivery/setup. I can’t step into the store without buying something. The girls who work on the weekends are just lovely and the warehouse manager is great and responsive. I am so happy with our furniture, big giraffe, wall art and lion rocker.

The delivery men were prompt and extremely nice. They put my furniture together very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. It was like they weren’t even there. Thank you posh baby for my gorgeous nursery!!

12-14 week wait..became 15...without the staff touching base or giving updates in between...I had to call for updates myself and felt I was being annoying. The staff kept calling me 'honey' and 'sweetheart' which I find unprofessional. The process of purchase was antiquated; when the sales woman made an error on the receipt, we had to sit and wait for her to rewrite it by hand! $6,000 later, I wasn't even given a delivery until the day before... The experience is not what I expected...if they carry a l u be your like, I suggest going elsewhere...note, by just reading the site, I knew the names and models of the furniture better than our sales rep. Just thought it would be a nicer experience...but I'm happy with the furniture. Ps...I called twice for a sample of the color...both times the sales woman said she wouldlook into it...never heard back either time. I actually called Romina directly and had it mailed to me in three days! That was upsetting.

Received my absolutely stunning Romina furniture for my sons room and we could not be happier. The furniture is flawless. The customer service from posh has been amazing from the moment we walked through the door to the delivery. Any questions or concerns we've had were answered quickly. We will definitely be back!

Stopped into their store a couple weeks ago. Greeted with a friendly smile and definite interest in helping my wife and I plan out our nursery. Their displays were beautiful and you could really appreciate the quality of their products versus just browsing pictures online. We had our sights set on some of the products from Romina Furniture so were excited that they had a great selection available to us in the store. This was our first trip, but we'll definitely be back in a few weeks to complete our purchase!

We highly recommend Posh Baby and Teen. We purchased a bedroom set (crib, dresser, and bureau) for our daughter when she was born in 2014. 2 years later we contacted PB&T to order matching rails for our daughters bed. They not only had the rails, but the CEO (Elvis) personally delivered the rails to our home in Long Island. Elvis is highly knowledgeable about his products. More importantly he adds a personalized touch to his business because he truly cares about his clients.
