The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a house. We were supposed to close in January but they didn’t get all the paperwork. We changed the closing date to February 10. Again, missing paperwork that they never sent out. We changed the date to deviate 14. Again something wasn’t completed. Now we are supposed to close tomorrow and what do you think happened today? Missing paperwork. Do not use this company for your home loan.

Evans took care of absolutely every single thing giving the extra mile to help us getting a lower price on the HOl. He worked so fast and so hard on our loan! He responded every single email and phone call and explained everything very well plus he showed up at closing! Amazing service! He and Jessica made our experience the best!!

Next to dealing with Bank of America Summit Mortgage is the worst. Their communication is next to nothing. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to get them to understand that I never had a lapse in my mortgage insurance coverage. The policy was mailed/faxed/emailed and uploaded and keep playing games saying it has not been received. They also calculated my property taxes wrong and now my escrow account is short. I wish the mortgage rates would gone down I would change companies. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

The arrogance is strong in this company. Customer service is nonexistent with the agent we worked with and from my research, it's the culture with all Mortgage agents that work for Summit. I did secure the loan with Summit, however, it was not with drama and threats. Remember we are the customer. If Summit does not want our money then we will look to another mortgage lender who will be happy to treat us like customers and with respect.

Summit failed to pay my homeowners insurance from escrow on time.

Summit Mortgage took the time to explain the various options to my son and I. It took us 3 weeks to decide which option to select; but every time we had a question, the staff was available to answer the questions or they called us back immediately with the answer. Thanks for the great service.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. All Summit personnel are very knowledgeable. They are able to help explain every detail in simple understandable language and quickly resolve all situations. I would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to others. Mike was insanely helpful in every step of the process. Whenever I was confused, he was a phone call away from helping me.

Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.

We are very satisfied with the quality of service and would recommend Summit Mortgage others!
