Very easy to use. Used at my Vets office to pay for unexpected care of my 15yr old dog. Payment arrangements are easy.

Easy to use and very handy

The first time I went to use my after I had activated it on line for prescription use, my card was declined. I ended up having to pay $500 out of pocket. I received an email that my card had been shut down due to possible fraud. I called about this situation the next day and was told the card was declined because of the large amount. Of course it's going to be a large amount, I'm diabetic and my Ozempic is costly. That first experience was awful. My second experience was easy and pleasant.

It is a financial tool that helps a lot to take care of your health and your money, it is wonderful to have this card.

The card and app are simple and straightforward to use. Please make more practitioners and their staff aware that this card exists and is a valid form of payment. The only complaint i have is i have been told i can't use it at certain appointments which is not true, they just don't know about this program.
