Love that I don't have to call for pre-approval and can just charge and wait til appointment complete to set up payment plan. Very awesome for when insurance let's you down.

There was no problem using my card. This was my 1st time using it.

I called up on Saturday the person unlocked my account so I was able to get what I wanted paid for expecting it today !

It was easy to get my OTC meds.

I had never heard of Paytient until I had a procedure scheduled and couldn't afford it. They sent me the card with $1000 limit. I was able to get my procedure done no issue whatsoever and able to make a payment plan to pay it back. I'm so grateful

I tried to pay online for my Rx and evidently my pharmacy charges them separately. That threw a red flag and ends up getting my account frozen the first time I used it and I had to pay with another card for the remaining medication. I could understand if I had not contacted you or if the charges were at different times but they were literally back to back. Know I’m afraid to use the card again because it was beyond embarrassing.

So easy to use plus it's always there for unexpected things.

I really like being able to use the card when I otherwise would have to save months to go to Drs appt etc. My company with the patron deduction is also a plus. Overall I think this service is really awesome.
