My loakes boots whilst being the cheapest anywhere were sent with a lovely letter, quickly and a complimentary shoehorn and polish. Service like such is rare these days. Communication was quick and courteous. Looking forward to future purchases.

Staff are nice. Something went wrong with my credit card, and they emailed me promptly. The product itself is nice. Nicely packed with no damage. However, delivery is really slow using royal mail. Probably due to new year holidays in UK. Not quite satisfied by a paid mail service like this. But this is not the shop's fault. Overall good experience. Will consider purchase again during sale.

I've bought several pairs of boots from pediwear and I have been very pleased with the service. The boots have been great quality and I was particularly impressed with the chelsea Boots that were in their own 'Pediwear collection' but manufactured by the Sancho Boot Co. All deliveries arrived quickly. No complaints at all. Recommended.

Have now bought several pairs from pediwear. Im located in Australia and the price savings are amazing and the shipping fast. Customer service is good and helpful when it comes to advice on fit, shape of last etc. There is one problem though, and that is the long wait when it comes to ordering Crockett & Jones. This is due to the brands popularity and is not really pediwear's fault (thus I have still given five stars). I will continue to purchase my shoes from pediwear in the forseable future.

I rarely order footwear online due to sizing, however, I knew the brand sizing from experience. The product range from Pediwear is great, the pricing very reasonable, you get what you pay for anyway. Postage was quick. I can't really fault the experience in any way! I'll definetely use again!

I bought a pair of Loake Aldwych, but my pair of free shoe trees where missing. Turned out that i had made a mistake when placing the order. However, the staff at Pediwear was very helpful and have promised to send me the shoe trees with my next purchase. Keep up the good work!

The quality of the Sanders shoes supplied by Pediwear is superb; I have no doubt they will last a lifetime when well looked after. The Boots are well made and unlike cheaper shoes did not require any breaking in. As for the service? not only were pediwear the cheapest but it was an enjoyable experience from ordering to delivery, I appreciated the personal contact and care. I shall be returning within the month to buy another pair!
