I ordered a beautiful suitcase for my husband for christmas, so was disappointed when it arrived with a small defect. I contacted Pediwear and they couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic - I sent the suitcase back and got a refund ifor the postage for returning it and received another very quickly and most importantly in time for christmas!! The customer services was great and so helpful and friendly ;-)

Two years ago while browsing through the Men's shoe section in a Toronto department store, I came across a pair of Loakes men's shoes that I noted were made in the U.K. The extraordinary quality of the shoes was obvious and they were on sale as well, therefore I purchased them. To say they were the best pair of shoes I'd ever owned would be an understatement. I recounted the experience to a friend, who informed me that he too had purchased a similar pair online at Pediwear. About a month ago, I ordered a second pair of shoes from Pediwear's online site. They were shipped to me from the U.K. (I reside in Canada) in very short order and in perfect condition. The ease and convenience of being able to browse through different styles from my desk was a truly satisfying experience and the quality of their product exceeds all of my expectations. I'm now a Pediwear customer for life!

I ordered a pair of Barker Brogues. The price was cheaper than John Lewis and included some freebies. The shoes were out of stock everywhere, but Pediwear kept me updated on progress. Very friendly and efficient service and a great product!

Ordered 2 Tilley hats which were sent packed in a single box. Packaging resulting in creasing of one hat in transit. Pediwear staff were very polite and helpful - although they were unable to recommend the best option to fix the creasing they did refer me to the Tilly site, whose support staff were able to advise on the appropriate solution. Pediwear were speedy in their turnaround and responsive to my problems. If they had packed the hats slightly better it would have been 5 stars.

I ordered a pair brogue shoes from Pediwear and they arrived within a couple of days, well-packaged. The package included a free pair of shoe trees and tin of wax poilsh

I'm from the states, was traveling in London and spotted some Loake shoes I wanted but they didn't have my size. Once back home I looked up a source and ground Pediwear. Ordered my shoes, wrong size, had to return for correct size and the people there couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. Things all squared away, my Loakes are my favorite pair of shoes! .

Pediwear service was excellent in every way: I wanted a Tilley hat and had questions by email, which they answered promptly; they sent me a measuring tape as requested and they posted off my order speedily. Things when wrong when Royal Mail lost the parcel, but once again Pediwear were quick to respond and send a replacement so that I would get the hat in time for Christmas. Would definitely recommend them.
