Absolutely useless. I got a building and pest inspection in 2012 on the property I bought. They disclosed no defects. This year I decided to sell my property through the same agent I bought it through. He remembers the building inspector telling him that the floor tiles were drummy and would need to be pulled up and removed, yet he never included this in the report or told me, even though I was the one paying for the report, not the real estate agent. Sure enough, my purchasers had a building and pest inspection done on the house through a different company who reported on the drummy tiles. Quote to fix? $60,000. Why did he feel it necessary to tell the selling agent, but not necessary to tell his actual customer? Had it been in the inspection report I would not have bought the property. I still have the original inspection report and it is not mentioned anywhere. A $60,000 mistake that is coming out of my pocket. Avoid at all costs! Report was not worth the paper it was printed on. I'd give minus stars if possible!

Very prompt response to my initial enquiry, and an efficient booking and payment process. The inspection done by Peter was very thorough. He pointed out some minor defects to me and explained what I should do. His report was very comprehensive and he was available for further explanation and discussion if required. One thing I appreciated was Peter informing me I could arrange with the agent to attend the inspection, which I was not aware I could do, and I found very useful. He is also very approachable and punctual.
