Just traded my car with Johnson and perrott for the 2nd time in the past few yrs Andrew was very efficient to get back to me and sent me a lovely personal video of the car before I called up to Douglas quick turnaround to have car ready will trade again with them

Good customer service and very punctual very happy with service dept only issue I have is the agreement that was there when we purchased the car to collect and drop for all services as the both of us are working full time one of use has to use a day’s holidays for same.would be a big deciding factor when purchasing our next car

Dealing over 30 years. Engine and turbo failure XC90 just over 3 years old, short staffed, no master technicians, no service manager, waiting over 6 months for diagnosis and analysis, gave me a hybrid for 8 weeks and spent €75 per day on petrol and no chargers anywhere. Would not recommend this company based on current experience.

The worst experience, never answer the phone, left hanging on hold for 10 minutes at a time, no communication or update, just we are waiting for update from of technicians, very rude to deal with, if I could change garage I would. Never again. Liam

The service manager and staff are very professional and always undertake a detailed service. With recommendations of parts that may need changing in the company months. Any essential requirements are organised immediately, with pre approval for the costs involved. I always feel confident dealing with Johnson & Perrott over many years, their Brand and the integrity of the company!

Bought a new car, delivered up to us in a different county, tank was full which we appreciated. Very good service and pleasant to deal with.

I normally have a very good experience with Johnson and Perrott. And the staff are great to deal with. But I went for a service recently and was told it would take 2 and a half hours. So I dropped it at 12 to be ready at 2:30. I called back at 3:20 after hearing nothing about it to see if it was ready to be told it's not ready yet, so I sat down in their waiting room to wait. 4 o clock came and I asked will it be long more as I had work at 5, the girl behind the desk checked and said it would be 10 minutes and to take a seat while I was waiting and she apologized about the delay. After another 10 -15 minutes said while I was waiting she can process the payment and go through any other issues. So did that and said if I wait out by the door they will have my car in a couple of minutes. Another 15 minutes past with me standing outside before the car came back. I received my car at 4:40 and I had to go home get changed for work and be in work for 5 which I ended up being 20 minutes late for. Now I fully understand that nothing always goes to plan and things can get delayed but by over 2 hours is ridiculous I could of nearly had the car serviced twice it the time they took to do it.

When I dropped off my car for a service I was given a car to get home. Everyone were very courteous.

This was not a good experience at all as the service price was excessively high; the prices quoted for the extra items that needed attention were outrageously high also.
