Efficient but expensive service. Helpfulness of Michael Walsh, sales executive, much appreciated in regard to separate matter.

On holiday in West Cork so was worried about oil service warning that appeared on my XC60 whilst away from my home garage. Called Johnson and Perrott and spoke to Declan who was able to book me in same day for a diagnostic test and oil service. Other than travel time whole process was an hour and was back on road to rejoin family on holiday. Mind at ease for next three weeks. Excellent customer Service from Declan who provided me with all documentation/information required for my warranty claim with my dealership. Very impressed! Mr G Chafer

As always, service was seamless. They said 2 hours and my car was ready in exactly 2 hrs. It was even hoovered inside. Highly recommended J&P and the MG brand.
