My 7month Sorrento was constantly showing faults. Brought for service 10th January. Faults were not resolved, car has been with garage since 29th January and no resolution yet. No feedback on problem. Extremely frustrated, disappointed and disillusioned about a brand new vehicle from Kia. This has left me with a very very poor opinion of J&P and KIA

Recently I had a job booked in in my Terraco, to get a sensor replaced in the rear bumper, I had mixed up the dates and was an entire week early, the lovely lady at reception agreed to hold on to the car and try fit it in during the day between jobs if she could. I received a call around 3 to say the car was done and ready. Fantastic customer service all round, very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with as always

Service was was done in the three hours allotted, I received a txt telling me my car was ready for collection. When I returned to reception, I was told I needed to replace two front tyres, I was advised to get my wiper blades replaced & mreplace Blake fluid but I wouldn’t fail my Nct on the following day. I immediately replaced my tyres and went to my Nct where I failed on wiper blades . Very disappointed this was not conveyed to me. My car is four years old with 19000kms . I will not be returning to Johnson & perrott. Where I formerly bought two new cars , very dissatisfied with the service & lack of communication.

Bought a car from Sean in J&P Mahon. Absolute gent. and couldn't do enough for you. Second hand car with top quality and clean. Wouldn't know it was second hand if not for the reg. After sales service was second to none as well. Helped with all my questions and issues. Sean's a great lad and J&P are legitimate good at what they do. Would recommend.
