Accepted my return without any hassle and the replacement worked great

I bought a phone online with the help of a member of staff in the portlaoise branch which all went very well. The phone was in you're Clonmel branch which i traveled to collect. The phone had a red tag on it when we began setting up the phone in the store. This was hugely disappointing to say the least. Especially after traveling such a distance.

My experience is not great. I paid €580 for an iPad which is still not starting even though fully charged, but will not turn on. Over 14 hours just keeps circling. I'm so so disappointed. Will be returning item , today. Before I returned I tried again and it started but I am very nervous still. But I do believe they have a good policy about matters like this. Another item I bought was grand.

Played well the first time after that there was static there was lines going across the screen.A big one is whatever I was watching would fast forward or rewind and I couldn’t stop it no matter what i did. Even the dvds I played which were NEW did the same exact thing. Bought this for €475 when I brought it back to cex Portlaoise they said the best they could give me was €295 it’s absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! That’s €180 I wasted on buying it a console that DID NOT work. Even inside the console was full of dust it was DISGUSTING!! I’ll NEVER ever enter any cex store again or go on your website. I am telling everyone I know not to trust you. My money and patience is gone down the hole!!!!!!!’

Hi, the product was incomplete and arrived without a case. Your listing didn't say parts that come in the original box were missing. I had tried calling before purchase, but my calls went to a centralized number. There was no option to email the branch I purchased from. So you had a misleading advert and insufficient customer support.
