Excellent to deal with

Ordered 3 items: Xbox 360 controller charging station, 3rd party PC controller, nintendo switch controller "holder". 1: The item was delivered fine, but was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Like any clear plastic was BROWN with dirt, and there was green and brown smudges all over the item. I had to clean it thoroughly the day it arrived - and had to wear gloves ffs. Ew. 2: Ordered for collection in a local store - you - you couldnt find it there so changed it to delivery from either a main warehouse or any store that had it, I assume. STILL couldn't find it, so it was cancelled. Then just for laughs i checked your website and its STILL ON SALE even though you don't have it anywhere in the country. Nice, take peoples money first - apologise later! 3: The picture on the website shows a comfort-grip/holder for both Switch Joycons, i.e. its in the shape of a regular console controller and makes it feel like you're using one. What arrived was not advertised - it was a holder for ONE Switch Joycon. Like sideways...?! Wtf use is that to me, and also FALAE ADVERTISING!?!? This is a second hand techshop thats been around for years, and you are failing at the most basic of principles. Never buying from the online store again, its a joke. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

I got a bit late but the product looks new.They had given a wrong power cable at 1st.I send an mail to the customer service.The guy who responded said i have sent mail from a unregistered email. (But actually that mail id is a registered one).So he didn't want to respond. Again i send an mail from the same id with my invoice attached he responded. I got a new cable with in two days .

Terrible, the headset was absolutely filthy.

I bought this item and it arrived the next day so I was delighted. Sadly it didn't play properly, I tried it on a 4k blu ray player, a dvd player and an xbox one. The picture jumped and froze on all of them. I returned it without a problem but have since see that it is up for sale again!
