I was sent the wrong product I was sent the older version of what I ordered. Then the product that I did order was out of stock so they obviously sent my order to the wrong person so I’ve basically overpaid €80 for the wrong speakers and talking to customer service. They told me that I can get a full refund and that’s it but because it came in a damage box, they need to do a report so I won’t be refunded for another 10 days. Terrible experience altogether.

Arrived with all packages as new and works perfect.

Even though céx got it wrong the first time, the returns process was easy, and new purchase was spot on

So far I have bought a few phone from cex and I was happy with there condition as they were like new and there batteries were giveing me a full day usage. I only had a good experience with cex.

Extremely slow delivery ordered on the 26 and by the 4th still have received no delivery update or expected time of arrival , courier hasn't even scanned item yet

I bought the Cooking Mama 3 DS game and the cartridge was damaged. A bit of plastic at the back of it was snapped and I had to fix it myself with tweezers in order for it to work. On top of this, there were clear signs of liquid damage. I’m aware that it is second hand and that there will be signs of wear and tear, but for the game to NOT WORK it’s absolutely ridiculous. There was no disclaimer that the game could potentially come BROKEN. But like I said, it ended up working because I fixed it myself, and honestly, at this point I would appreciate a partial refund.

Wonderful experience with CeX, can’t praise them enough, couldn’t do enough for me when trying to change the wrong game before Christmas. Customer service was 100%.
