Bought an unboxed Xbox series S. Came quickly enough but there were a few food stains on the Xbox which was disgusting. I know it's second hand but you'd think they would maybe clean it a little. Main problem is that the Xbox only has 360 MB of free storage despite it being advertised as 512MB. I've come to learn that 512MB is the total amount of storage and a decent chunk of it is taken up by the system but it is still misleading to advertise it as 512 and not specify anywhere that there's only 360 free storage. I downloaded only the multiplayer content of black ops 6 and fortnite and that's taken up 95% of the storage. My Xbox one S had more storage than this. Only way I can have all the games I play on it is by buying an expansion card which is between €120-350 depending on how much storage you want. Very disappointing.

First of all the item Black Nintendo dsi was available online. After purchase it was discovered that's not available. Secondly charge delivery on every single item, we didn't expect that. My son is extremely disappointed and unhappy about all. We never buy anything from cex

Bought an item online last week - I'd no idea that the advertised item still has to be 'sourced' so 4 days later, I'm told item is unable to be sourced and I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. I read reviews before using this website for first time and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that this is how they operated- I feel a bit scammed to be honest.

Fast delivery and items as described. They would sell much more if they had a proper delivery fee system in place. They charge their delivery fee for each single item in your basket if you don't meet the minimum €100 amount for free delivery. I would order much more games if they handle a proper one delivery flat rate for whole orders. Very strange, never encountered a company before that does it this way.

There is I suppose a sort of health warning with buying 2nd hand stuff . I love using Cex and most of what I get it very good for a fraction of the new cost and buying used items is helpful to preventing waste. I recently bought a Toshiba docking station, it all works except for the network port. Not a show stopper, the WiFi will do but overall I really like CeX
