Worst site to gamble on, the blackjack is super rigged. I won 2 hands in blackjack after playing 20, the poker tournaments are a joke as well with stupid idiots constantly catching 1 and 2 outers. Like most gambling sites....very hard to collect your winnings and not get gouged . Should be much cheaper and much easier to withdraw your funds without the heavy cost after you have paid a cost to even play. Now after reading the reply, what a load of double talk. You treat new members well and VIP members poorly

Play at your own risk. If they experience a glitch they won't refund you. I was up 900 something then weirdly I would bet on a game and it made me bet on another and the header bet would say game but detail would say another game. Both game I didn't bet on. I talk to agent which gave me hard times. I showed proof. There was even a few live bets that showed it somehow they downplay and I got ripped off.

I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with bet online. A few months ago I actually won on a casino slot game which is pretty rare and as soon as the money showed up in my balance it was then removed. I always screen shot with Betonline as I know them to be fraudulent when it comes to bonuses and player promotions. I sent them the above mentioned screenshot along with the entire chat conversation with 2 representatives that said this was and error and guaranteed the winning would show up in my account the following morning. One of the representative even told me to continue playing if I would like and to just screenshot this issue if it happened again. It did 3 more times in the amount of $125 for a total of $500. Once I finally heard back from them 4 days later they assured me that it had not happened and that there was not enough evidence to investigate. As I sent them more time stamped screenshots and computer records they responded with the same thing that they had their team look at it and that there was not enough evidence of a malfunction. They immediately removed the game from the network I assume to repair. Now the game is back and they have fixed the error and it is now a $1.25 bonus. So not only did I point out the issue and help them fix it but I was awarded nothing despite it being in my account and removed in the end, they simply stopped responding. I used to be one of their top tier players andf now find that they are nothing but a fraudulent company that know someone else with show up to this money into their pockets. I love that they responded with the exact same standard language that clearly contradicts everything that happened. They continued to ask me for the times it happened while it was actually happening. Strange that there was no factual evidence even though it was happening in the same session they were supposed to be monitoring. I hope they know this only makes it worse. Saying that you uphold standard of fairness is simply not true and will continue to be what drives users away from your site.
