My experience with Betonline was just bad. They hit me with hidden withdrawal fees that I didn’t even know about until it was too late. Please i beg you do not use this website, i promise you i got full scammed by this website, I wanted to withdrawal money. i have over $2,000 inside of the account and i won money so i wanted to withdrawal. they denied the withdrawal asked for documentation for verification . i gave it. i’d/video of id & me, it was approved as agent discussed approved in chat. mind you i screenshot everything they tell me. then i uploaded bank statement they said they don’t accept chime and to upload a bill. i said i’ll upload it this week. the next day i wake up to the account being permanently closed. i contact them and they said no funds are due and decision is final. agent told me what the did wasn’t fair and everything matches on my account, and said she wrote 4 long essays on my case id trying to help me retrieve my account. she explained if you guys are closing the account, to release the funds to me. then she cleared everything up afterwards. they gave me a timeframe and went past that without giving me the time. Every time i contact support they say decision is final and close the chat without letting me type. no explanation whatsoever. i screenshotted everything every agent has told me and i can provide it anywhere to try appeal for my account.
