Have bought from XXCycle before so experience has always been good. Shipping to Canada is fast (4days) and prices from XXCycle is always good. The shipping is expensive and the communication from website messages is slow. They replied to my messages 2 days after notification of item being shipped. Thankfully the item shipped had no problems but would hate if their was as my concerns we're answered late.

Please work on the price comparison with the other webs and provide more reward for loyal customers.
