Suggestion: make the web site more English friendly, some of the stuff mainly when you search is in French. I have no problems with it but some of my riding friends complain about it. With the new electronic groups from Shimano and Campagnolo, it would be interesting a page with info in how to orders. For example if you want to upgrade a mechanical shifting to electronic what cable do you need etc. This can open another marketing windows. In summary I love it and I will use it more and more.

Very trustworthy. Their pricing seems a bit uneven but some excellent values are lurking there with prompt and courteous service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I've ordered with xxcycle twice: both times the order was shipped the same day and took a week to get from France to Canada, which I consider pretty good - have in mind that I've just paid around $20 for the shipment and as usual it needs custom review. You have faster and more expensive shipping options, but considering the slow step is Canada Customs and Canada Post, i do not think it's worth. Anyway, given the no-hassle service I had both times, I wouldn't hesitate ordering with them again if they keep good prices and low cost and fast shipping options.

I sent a campagnolo cassette with a problem back (they have a 4 FOUR year warranty) and after months of fighting with XX cycle they sent me the defective cassette back and worse they sent it with an invoice as if it was new (including a part that wasn't even in the box but on the original invoice). The end result I have a bad cassette I can't use that cost $279 USD and I had to pay 70 euro VAT because customs insisted the part was new (according to the invoice). When I complained to xxcycle they didn't even answer my emails. Beware if you have a problem XX won't help you the OPPOSITE

At first I was very skeptical about purchasing from France however, XXCylcles has become one of my favorite stores. They have fantastic products and prices, even the shipping to the US isn't unreaonable.

I love my Compex and got the best price.

They did not give any option of shipping method on checkout. No tracking number no nothing. when I ask for estimated delivery, they told me "you select shipment 10-60 days" something I did not do, I did not have the option to select on checkout. Definitely not recommended to shoppe on this web site.
