Easy website to use, good prices and quick delivery

Excellent service and speed of delivery, but the website could have been a little more informative and clear. Probably should have used the chat option as I thought I was ordering 100 envelopes (1 box) but in fact it was only 25 I think. And it was not quite what we wanted. Need to make absolutely sure before proceeding.

Their customer service was very very good, I actually ordered the wrong calculator, only realised when it arrived, It was good quality and arrived extremely quick, Really well packaged, however, it was simply to big for my needs. I rang them, sent back 2nd class it back money back in my account 4 days after posting. No problems at all. Very nice company will use again.

One item out of stock. Was sent an mystery item I didn’t order, with no delivery note so I had to guess it had been sent in error. Their courier picked it up but didn’t respect the notice on our door to leave the parcel, so he carried on ringing the door so we had to answer it. Really irresponsible in the current health emergency. No word on the other item I ordered so I cancelled it . The call centre staff were very pleasant, but I would not use again.
