The courier explained they had had a problem with the address for delivery and so the parcel was a day later arriving - it also had one item missing when I received it. I honestly think that was to do with the delivery rather than Office Stationery. I called to explain, as far as they were concerned the item was picked and packed - but they said they would send the missing item again. Great customer service. Thank you

The ordering process is simple and next day delivery really means next day delivery. This is my preferred site for ordering stationery since our supplier went out of business. :( I do miss the personal touch though although I have had occasion to speak with customer services at Office Stationery and I was impressed with the efficiency in which my query was handled and the immediate action taken.

Good value, delivered on time. One item was out of stock after I ordered it, but refunded quickly. No wasteful plastic packaging which is great, but the box wasn’t well-taped and the courier re-taped it.
