Complete thief and lier the man ( Niel greenwood) should be locked up! Can’t understand for the life of me how’s he’s still allowed to trade ( or pretend to) the is bankrupt owes creditors £190k all on gov website for anyone to see, we ordered in 2020 4k worth of cladding never got anything, same story as everyone else on here just read about 20/30 reviews so I imagine it’s the tip of the iceberg must be 100s and hundreds on thousands he has taken general public for , if this has happened to you please get in contact with me my name is Shane 07815571885 perhaps we should find where he lives and make a peaceful protest seeing as the law is not doing anything I don’t want this to happen to anyone else

Avoid!!!! Just had letter from courts to say Higgins is bankrupt!! Lesson learnt Always read reviews and do research… I didn’t!!!!

Neil is a scammer. Please no one buy anything from his website. I placed my order in June 2021. And have heard every excuse under the sun, but still no product. He hasn't even answered me in months. Owes me a total of £4177.94. Will be taking him to court to recovery the money.

This is a SCAM. The man Neil has done exactly the same to me. Took my money then no delivery of product with one excuse after another. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I am such an idiot for not researching more. Have reported him and the website.

Would like to leave minus star on this company, ordered stone cladding on 17th November after a period of waiting with no updates I got in touch and all I heard was total excuses, I eventually got in touch with the courier that had apparently got the order only to discover they hadn’t and couldn’t find one, next step was going down the refund route of which hasn’t happened just listening to more of Neil’s nonsense. Fortunately paid with a buyers protection policy (PayPal) as the company wanted to refund via banks transfer ( hasn’t happened) avoid at all costs waisted a couple of weeks chasing this bloke around listening to his excuses, order from a reliable source only wish I had read there reviews before paying Higgins Ltd, hopefully someone will shut them down so they or he cannot keep taking peoples money!

We paid £400 for some hygiene boards that never arrived. We contacted Neil many times and received promises that the goods would be delivered but nothing came. THIS IS A SCAM AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam! I wouldn't even give this business a single star tbh. Neil is a con man who is full of blatant lies and false promises of callbacks. Fortunately I paid for my order through PayPal and did eventually get my money back. Although I doubt that PayPal will or anybody else paying by debit card! Avoid like the plague!

Wish I’d seen these reviews before placing an order - I’m still waiting for a refund because nothing arrived (highly suspect Neil Greenwood didn’t even send it ..?!) but despite the usual excuses mentioned in other reviews and then the subsequent promises, the money has not been refunded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you’ve been warned ‼️‼️

Do not buy goods from this company, its a scam, as others have said, Neil Greenwood (doubt that's his real name) will take your money, string you along for as long as he can and then when you ask for a refund he does the same again. He stole £850 from me and has been reported to the fraud hotline. I won't get my money back but this will catch up with him, hope it's worth going to prison for Neil.

Do not deal with this company, Neil Greenwood will use stalling tactics to convince you he personally is dealing with your complaint or order enquiries. The company is set up to make it sound bigger than the one man band he is. Excuses are it’s just on a pallet waiting collection, the order has been delayed due to shipping issues and twice told me that it would be delivered on a late Friday afternoon and I would expect to be contacted by the courier company, lies lies and more lies. Disgraceful and deceitful.

If you are reading this before buying something from Higgins Wall Decor/Higgins Cladding, you are wiser than me. I purchased Sumatra panels in good faith on the basis of swift 5 day delivery on 14th September 2022, and I am still waiting, some 44 days later. I have rung, emailed and rung yet again, but the company simply want your money, and show NO regard for customer service. Find an alternative supplier if you would like to receive your goods. I am now cancelling my purchase and will demand a refund. Shocking experience from beginning to end.

After ordering was told there was a delay of 6 weeks. 6 months later the bricks still had not arrived. Chased Neil Greenwood who made endless promises of a call back and new delivery dates. Nothing ever happened. The excuses were he wasn't in front of computer or child care issues or delay in shipping. Finally decided to ask for a refund which never happened again with promises it will be refunded shortly. Found out that he is in debt for thousands to the company he uses to supply our bricks. DO NOT use this company it is a scam. He shouldn't be allowed to still operate as a business and take money from customers.

WARNING: THIS COMPANY IS INSOLVENT, BUT STILL OPERATING. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL LOSE IT!!! After more than 4 months of being strung along by Neil Greenwood (director of Higgins Cladding Ltd), it became clear I was never going to receive the order of stone slips I ordered in June. I was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks, but by early September, after numerous assurances from Neil that the order was on it's way I ran out of patience and requested a refund. At this point I was just disappointed that Higgins failed to deliver my order - I didn’t imagine for a moment that they would default on making good by refunding in full. Neil has a nice manner, very friendly and convincing, and he agreed to make the refund with no resistance. The refund was to come in two parts - £130 for samples (I had to buy a pack of samples just to see one piece) and £2K+ for the order itself. The £130 refunded promptly, but the £2K never came. A month has gone by now since I requested it, and yet again after repeated assurances from Neil it has never arrived. Basically he must be a pathological liar, because he is so convincing and earnest sounding about how he has called the bank and sorted it out, and to please wait one more day - it will arrive soon. Nada, nada nada everytime. After now doing a deeper investigation into this company I found that they have been on a CVA (Company Voluntary Arrangement) i.e. are in financial difficulty - since March this year (2022), and (according to Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practioners Ltd, Bolton - the company tasked with their CVA) have since violated the terms of it and are now facing liquidation. Meanwhile Higgins Wall Decor Store continues to take orders (and payments) which they must surely know they will never be able to supply, and will have no intention of refunding either - as I have so unfortunately experienced. I feel ridiculously stupid frankly for falling into this trap, however everything on the face of it seemed fine. It just goes to show one needs to do a company search every time you buy something. Neil you should be ashamed of yourself - look at the number of complaints on here. You're taking peoples money knowing full well you are not going to supply the goods or refund their money - that is theft - pure and and simple. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY - YOU WILL LOSE IT! All this information is fully researchable on the .gov website for registered companies.

I’ve nearly finished laying the brick slips I bought from Higgins. Neil was very helpful from when I first enquired over a year ago to actually getting round to placing the order 2 weeks ago. He’s given great help and advice- even taking calls on a Sunday! Absolutely brilliant service and brilliant products. I run a kitchen showroom and will be using Higgins for our new display.

I had a really good experience with this company. We bought cast stones for our accent wall and the stones look amazing! Really great quality! Neil was really helpful when the yard sent the wrong tiles and send the correct ones within a few days. I recommend Higgins Cladding if you need good quality stone/cladding.
