I’ve used them twice so far. Most recently worked out the best as I paid off when I got paid and the fee was 10$. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The "Chat" agent was knowledgeable, versed in his communication and ability to handle my request. He made a refinance request easy and fast. He was awesome.

My payments were set up for dates that were not my paydays. I called, and was told to send copies of my paystybs to orive my pay dates. Then I was told it was tio late ti change the date for that payment so they charged me extra intwrest. Then when I made that payment, I reminded them to change the dates. I was told no problem, we have that fixed. And tiday they overdrafted my account.

They were great explaining everything and was very fast!

The process was quick and easy. Loan amount was pre approved and once application was submitted deposit was on its way to my bank account.

I like that I was able to get the money I needed quickly. The problem is the cost of what I will pay back is double of what I received. The CAB fee is too high.
