I've been obtaining loans for over a year and successfully paying them back before they were due, but the amount never increases nor does the interest decrease. I recently attempted to make a payment more than what my biweekly amount was online before my due date. I noticed the money had not been removed from my account 3 days later. When I called to see what was with the delay, the representative just told me I could not process I payoff without paying the full amount due. I explained I was trying to pay more down so I can pay my balance off quicker. She did not understand, so i became frustrated and disconnected the call. I called again and another representative said the same thing. I demanded to speak with a manager and he acted as if he did not want to transfer me. I continually asked for one until I received one. When the manager finally got on the phone, he explained he denied it. I explained what I was trying to do. He said the same thing the other 2 representatives said. I said, "I want to pay more than what's due so I won't owe you anymore." He finally said okay and took the money out of my account. Moving forward, I will not be using them for financial emergencies. This was not worth it. I'm looking into picking up another job instead of borrowing money. This did not help me. It created a whole other problem and I am not happy.

I was called on the phone over the blue I owed $500 they asked me if I wanted to refine for a $1000 but they didn't tell me that I was gonna pay a $196 every 2 weeks therefore I owe you $3000 I don't mind paying the 196 twice a month I feel like I was cheated while I was driving nobody even mentioned the twice a month they just told me go ahead and sign my name and I did in good faith that you guys were doing what's right when this loan is paid off I will not borrow again and I'm making sure I put it on Facebook and everything else to let people know that you're cheaters
