Good products but small packages. Shoudls be bigger quantities.

The best part is getting stuff which is not available anywhere else. I like the variety of herbal products available but only thing which pinches me is the price and time it took to arrive. First if something costing rupee 65 (60p) and I do not think it should be sold at over £5, way to expensive plus delivery cost on the top. This is something I have been put off otherwise rest is good.

They created a new fee in the EU, starting from July 2021. Orders up to 22 Euro now have an import customs fee and a service fee. The purpose is to stop tax advantages for traders located outside the EU. There are two exemptions: 1) If the products were ordered in an online-platform registered in the EU and paying the VAT to the relevant country. 2) If the trader is registered in the EU VAT system and using the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS). I had to pay both fees at delivery, I am not sure, if I paid the VAT twice because of it. Anyway it made the purchase quite expensive.

I don' t recived the product.

I ordered on 21st July from The Netherlands for an amount of 70,30 Euro because above 70 Euro it would be delivered for free. Today on the 4th of August I received a letter that I had to pick up my order myself after paying an amount of 8,45 Euro. I am not happy that I had to (pick up my order after 2 weeks and) pay an extra amount for it. Plus I ordered Patanjali Herbal mehendi which are expired: 2 packages are already expired 04/21, 8 pieces expired 07/21 and then there are 2 pieces which will expire on 12/21. So out of 12 herbal mehendi's only 2 are not expired. Custom duty to the EU was not mentioned anywhere while ordering. Free delivery means free delivery to me, but good to know that free doesnt mean free. As your reply for the expired products is that the dates on the packing is manufacturing date: the packages of herbal mehendi of Patanjali which you sell has a manufacturing AND expire date: Mfg date 08/20 and Exp date 07/21.
