Placed an order on the 20th October, 19 days later have received nothing despite repeated phone calls and e-mails, all of which have been unanswered. Gave the company due warning that my last resort, if no one responded, would be to place a review on this forum. This is such a shame as I have had previous dealings with the company and all have been very positive. I would simply like to find out if my parcel has just been delayed or if it has been lost, if it's the latter then a reimbursement would be nice.

I have ordered a product for the second time from this website. The email received by me stated it will take 7 to 9 days delivery.. it's been over 10days and I have not received my products. I have emailed the company twice and no response.... terrible customer service. I am thinking of my next steps to take.

I put 1 star only because : 1- I made two separate orders (to two separate addresses) but I NEVER received postal notifications of when (exactly or approximately) my parcels would arrive - so that I make sure someone is there to receive them safely; 2- When I wrote to Taraherbal about the second parcel which had not arrived, they never replied despite chasing them a second time (the parcel arrived eventually many days after the 1st one); 3- The website does not show the ingredients in the products - in particular the NASTY CHEMICALS contained in the hair products such as conditioners and shampoos !!! I consider all these points to be serious failures on behalf of Taraherbal, BUT I sincerely hope that they will take my honest feedback into account and improve their service. I may nevertheless continue to order from them but only if I already know the products and full content.
