Very simple easy to use app. Very easy to add and also withdraw cash. U.K. company. Feels very safe and secure. Fees are rather high and charts rather simplified. Limited usage for intermediate traders. Would 100% recommend to those new to crypto and long term ‘hodlers’

Whilst this is a crypto trading app I'm more likely to trust compared to some others on the market the app is very basic. Simple features like showing current profit/loss on the different cryptocurrencies is a must, and a monthly or annual statement would be useful when dealing with any tax implications from crypto trading. The market tab needs to show the % change for the different time frames offered in the graphs (currently only 24hr change). The process of buying is easy and the fees are reasonable compared to competitors. However, there needs to be more currencies supported by the 'boost' accounts - Ethereum would be a good start. I do like the snapshot information on each crypto which is very beginner friendly. I'm glad that there is a curated offering as the app would be unwieldy with too many of the more obscure crypto listed. I did look at the debit card however to be worth using it needs to offer cashback on purchases in line with other providers such as Chase (offering 1% currently).

I don’t have a lot of money in cryptocurrency with Ziglu but I do find the website easy to negotiate. I enjoy it when my funds increase but obviously not so happy when they decrease! But such is life!

Great product so far

I use it for my everyday expenses, easy to use. I keep a balance in the GBP boost account at 5 % and sweep the money when needed to the main GBP account. Transfering funds to Ziglu from your main bank is instantaneous. You can also buy small amounts of cryptos to get familiar, easy and low fees.

Excellent service and easy to use app. Starling bank service for sterling and crypto. 5%pa interest paid weekly.

Worst customer service ever. Still cannot sign in. They don't even contact you. Avoid this app

Great platform to you use. Also you can use it as a Bank to withdraw fiat from cash machine. One think would like Ziglu to do is to add more coins on their platform. Overall a great platform to use.

I love Ziglu as an alternative investment platform. Four stars only because they really need to improve the App - which has a few obvious bugs. Overall though - a great platform.
