Locked out of my account after depositing a very small amount of money, conveniently at the time when it’s a good opportunity to buy. No email response. Nobody answering the phones despite it being classed as opening hours. Chat function doesn’t work in the app. Shady to say the least and very unimpressed. Looking forward to the generic “sorry, email this address and someone will get back to you” response on here though - guess what, I’ve already tried that!

Everytime i try to open the app they're assessing my identity, They've assessed my identity before over and over and approved it. Now when i opened the app just displays verifying my identity and nothing happens its been months like that, at first I didn't care I just stopped using the app and downloaded another crypto app but now I care cause I accidentally transfered money to my ziglu account.

Super easy to use interface, I'm loving it so far.

The app is a bit slow and clunky, and sometimes logs me out for no reason. However, I have never had an issue with withdrawals or deposits, even ones of large amounts, I have had banks halt these types of withdrawals or even close my account for no reason. The best part of Ziglu though is the 5% interest account for GBP. Hopefully this is sustainable enough and they can keep up the good work. I have very high hopes for this company.

Customer service a particular person was and is second to none

Great app - I joined initially to buy some bitcoin. Now I’ve invested in some other crypto but really love the 5% interest account on my sterling. Got locked out of my account recently but customer service were really quick in responding and sorted the issue out in no time. App is easy to use, not experienced any major problems.

Ziglu have been efficient with my account so far , been with them about 9 months . Transferred cash in , bought BTC , took out some profit from that and withdrew the cash using the Ziglu card at the local ATM . No problem and getting 2% interest on my BTC holding every Saturday .

I've given 4 stars only because of the app's lagging issue which does appear to be improving now though. In short Ziglu is a digital bank with MANY perks including a physical debit card! Imagine savings accounts yielding 2-5%, access to international currencies, and a bunch of crypto assets to invest in which of course can rise and fall in value so be mindful always!

Easy to use, when I requested a withdrawal it was processed quickly. Happy with the service so far!

It’s really good, safe and just a great experience In overall, especially with their referral program. It’s a great app to invest in crypto currency. I would recommend, as they also have great customer service, who reply within a minute!
