Ziglu is great, I love the ease of use and the boost accounts are a great way to earn a little extra on your money

I have been very impressed by Ziglu.

Great app makes this an easy to use account that gives you all the benefits of digital banking but with the bonus of being able to earn 5% interest on your savings. If I was to pick on one thing, it’s the £10k boost account limit. Be great if this could be increased.

Great little savings app. Easy to use and seems well run. I don't use it for Crypto but just fiat. Only gripe is I wish they would raise their £10k limit on Sterling.

GPB boost account is great. No where else is giving 5% interest on money at the moment. I do think they should offer payments wallets so other coins can be paid in and potentially some form of protection / guarantee for deposits.

Been using ziglu wayyyy before it became a thing, nd I can’t lie they have really done the job for me. They resolve issues quickly, they guide you to make sure any problem is resolved. Fast bank transfer, global bank accounts. What more can u ask for?

Ziglu froze my account for over a month. Lied to me and said they had never received any emails from me in response to their customer security request. This was all because I didn’t enter account details properly they auto insert “sent from Ziglu” as a reference which caused payments to be rejected triggering their fraud system. I’ve never had a problem with any regular bank. Ziglu allege they are pro crypto yet never had a single issue with a regular bank. Similarly they locked up a crypto gift for three months I had sent to someone for Christmas but they didn’t want to sign up for a Ziglu account so Ziglu decided to hold on to it for themselves. Their crypto service is actually symbolic and not true crypto. It’s no different from what PayPal now offer. I think it’s a terrible move for RobinHood to acquire them as they’re such a bad company with such a bad reputation. There is nothing here other than having a banking license that RobinHood couldn’t obtain itself and do better. Their tech is horrible, the service isn’t really crypto, they treat their customers like garbage and have a terrible reputation. And have a security algorithm so sensitive it can’t even realise it’s caused by its own stupid reference insertions. Many people are having this problem of having their accounts frozen. If you’re reading this considering whether to use them. I can only strongly suggest you don’t and use an actual crypto firm such as coinbase and Binance that know how to work with these instruments properly and understand the complexities. Frankly Ziglu is owned and operate by muppets. Also most of these positive reviews are encouraged by Ziglu for prizes. Don’t believe them. They’re as good as fake. Instead look at the negative ones which are truthful and accurate. Update: in answer to Ziglus reply. This did, by your own admission, take longer than expected. This also wasn’t triggered by “the law” it was triggered because, again Ziglus words, I had tried to make a transfer to Nexo and that is banned. Although nowhere does it say that in any Ziglu documentation and could have been prevented with a pop up saying you do not support Ziglu. And it took you over a month to tell me that whilst the account was frozen. People shouldn’t trust you as a bank and certainly not as an institution that operates in crypto. You don’t know what you’re doing and RobinHood would be making a huge mistake acquiring you.

I can't access my account for the second time in less then 6-months. The app has been 'updated' and now doesn't work. I'll be pulling my money out if/when I get access to it ever again. 5% interest isn't worth the stress (plus no FSCS protection).

Probably the best in terms of interest. I haven’t had any major problems and the one time I did I got help pretty swiftly. Maybe one day we can send Crypto in and out of accounts but I’m not too fussed about that seeing you are earning crypto interest anyway. It all goes into Fiat . The only suggestion I would make is to be allowed to spend our crypto instead of having to convert into fiat. Wirex has this but all in all I would recommend Ziglu over any. I have been involved in Crypto for years and will use this company as my go to.

Ziglu is exactly the way I want to do banking in 2022. (I think technically it's not a bank but that doesn't matter as it's still fully regulated, unusual for a company that deals in Crypto). Transfer some ordinary GBP into the account and you can easily convert parts of it to Euros (Dollars? Although I've not tried that yet), and several cryptos. You can also use your Euros balance to pay for things in Euros - and the card intelligently knows that you're paying in Euros and takes the payment out of that balance. I'm planning a European Road Trip and paying for hotels and road tolls in advance. Everything is easy. You really have to try it out to appreciate it. Only 5 stars though because although I love the app the helpdesk agents have not been all that great. I've contacted them twice and got no proper answer either time. I asked a simple/fundamental question about Bitcoin and it was over an hour before I got an answer - when I asked for clarification on that answer, after another 20 minutes the agent came back with conflicting answer, then basically closed down the call. So I was none the wiser although I think I've figured out the answer myself. Overall, a brilliant App but Support needs to catch up.

I love Ziglu. Low fees, easy to transfer money as well as buy and sell Crypto and foreign currency. Support team are great and really helpful. Cheapest way to buy things in the U.S and in the E.U as the exchange rate and fees are so competitive. Cool pink card too!

The issue of a dispute payment got resolved very quickly and the consumer service for Ziglu team was outstanding couldn’t really complain about anything. As for the Application no complaints yet again could be good to be able to send and receive crypto currency payments

I Think ziglu is a great platform for beginners. i like the boost aspect. I would like to be able to invest from a business account and i sometimes find the graphs are not accurate but even so its a great platform and i would and do recommend it to others. although all the information to start up is slightly long winded although i do understand why it just puts some people off.
