Then the reports and detail that it goes into were great - the only thing I think which would make it better would be meal suggestions on the report or an example meal plan so you can get your head ahead it - other than that. Perfect!

I had tried another company (VitL) and they were crap, so I have a reference point. Will almost certainly go forward with some of the reports on how my health is now vs the type you are based on DNA

I totally recommend DNAFIT, the information I received helped me understanding how my body works better and improving mental and physically. Now I know what to eat, how to work out, how to better sleep and how I should protect my self for having a better quality of life. I think DNAFIT should get better the deliveries and communication. I had to wait a lot for getting the kit because of an issue with the shipment.

United States | 20 December 2019I ended up having a problem uploading my 23andme report to them, I was supposed to get a response in less than 30 minutes. After weeks of waiting and several emails I still have not received any results. There customer service does not seem to be able to help much saying it's an IT problem with my report and no solution, or even a response. I've been so frustrated I asked for a refund and once again get no response. Update - I did get help after a couple of weeks and am just waiting for my refund

After reading all of the reviews I was really excited and I thought they were going to be much more detailed but it looks more like they were just copied and pasted from one document to another. It was definitely not money well spent.

United States | 14 December 2019While I have yet to receive my results, my experience thus far has been somewhat lacking. I ordered my kit on Oct 30th and it did arrive very quickly (pro!) which gave me high hopes for the overall experience. I had difficulties activating the kit from my iPad. After several attempts, I was able to activate using my home computer. Maybe something to keep in mind if you order a kit. I sent off my results on November 3rd and did not receive a confirmation email of its arrival until November 22nd. Realistically, this may not seem like long, but almost three weeks seems excessive when 7-10 days is the expected timeframe according to the website. In the email confirming receipt of my sample, it was stated to expect my results in 10-15 days. Unfortunately, I still have not received my results (December 13th). I DID receive an email from dnafit stating there has been a "system error while computing my results". Upon inquiry about an expected ETA of my results, they were unable to say. So, here I am 6 weeks later with no results. This all being said, I am very hopeful that this experience will turn out positive in the end! If so, I will be sure to update my review.
