Quick process to get your results. The information recieved is very clear and easy to digest. It is also interesting to learn about what your dna may tell you about the way you should excerise and eat.

If you are trying to lose weight or just stay healthy DNAFit is a defo right move for you. It gives a detailed report which I personally used to adjust my daily diet, knowing what exactly good or bad for you. If you have food allergies but you are not sure what exactly makes you allergic or bloated, this test will reveal it all.

The DNAfit app is a fantastic resource and I appreciate how easy it is to review certain findings as I forget them. I was blown away by how thorough my two phone consultations were. Each coach I met with had detailed advice to offer not only in a general sense but as it pertained to my training at the time. I asked a variety of questions and they seemed prepared to answer them all. Highly recommend!

I ordered DNA Fit to see what diets work for my body. The results were roughly what was expected. Some seem a bit off from my opinion, but overall reasonably happy with it.

The test it self quick and simple. I found the ihe information that I got back to be really informative and something that I have used to improve my overall health, lifestyle and training. The consultation and advice that I got from it has also been very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend!

I loved my DNA fit! The information & service provided has been very helpful. I loved the phone call with their two experts. They explained everything in detail and it has really made a difference to my health & fitness which is especially important during these times. A+ would definitely recommend.

I would love to be writing a great review for DNA fit but unfortunately I have not had an all together good experience. Certainly the biggest failing for me have been in communication. I have tried to contact DNA fit using the telephone number on their website and it never answers. You can speak to someone on live chat but it once took them five days to reply to my live chat messages and there responses are largely generic. If you have specific questions you will not get the answers you are looking for. They offer a DNA test based on your Ancestry DNA test however the report you get back form DNA fit based on this DNA test is limited and you will find that something's are missing. Such as vitamin c requirements and some of the sleep results such as sleep and caffeine. You find that they promote getting the full DNA fit test in these sections and this was just the information that I was trying to obtain in the live chat which was left unanswered. I do feel slightly foolish trusting a company with such bad communication, say this, the report that you get back, as basic as it is, is clear and easy to read and they do provide a meal plan and offer a consultation with a nutritionist which I am yet to book. I also ordered a personalised cook book for my mother with her test, purchased 17th Jan, we are now 03rd Feb and it still has not arrived. So overall I am disappointed but it was very cheap at only £35 (apparently discounted) because we provided our own DNA test. I would have been very unhappy had we purchased the full kit at £120 each. I would shop around before going ahead.

I had a great introductory chat with Carmyn to get my results. It was very informative and she was a pleasure to deal with, She answered all of my questions and gave me all sorts of insights and recommendations that I could put into practice right away. A great investment!

This whole process has been an absolute nightmare. When I first purchased the option to upload my DNA data from Ancestry, there was no way to even upload the data. Nowhere on my homepage after logging in was there an "upload" button to be found. I had to reach out to customer service about the issue and it took over 2 weeks for their IT department to resolve it. By the time it was "resolved," I'd already taken my business elsewhere with another DNA company that made it much easier and quicker to get results. I'm now asking for a refund, and the response I got was "the issue has been resolved, kindly upload your data." I DON'T WANT TO USE YOUR SERVICES ANYMORE! I can already tell getting my money back is going to be a painful process, I can't even call their phone number because I'm a US resident, and their instant messenger chat feature is a joke, I haven't gotten a single response. DNAfit, please just give me my refund so I don't have to escalate this to my credit card company. I've wasted $80 on a service that was promised to be "instant" but ended up being dragged for over 2 weeks with a customer service rep that lead me in circles.

Very generic answers that I knew already. The recommendations also need to be more realistic and reflect our typical daily lives. For example, how do I measure 40% carbs and 40% fat in a meal? How do I measure 800 mcg? Not worth the fee.
