Great company had to cancel the order but had to do this by email as there was no one on the phones due to covid19 but they dealt with it quickly and easily i also orderd another item that was despatched the day after great service

Amazing service very quick and very helpful

The duvet set is great my daughter is delighted with it BUT the only problem is the pillowcase. The pillowcase is huge. I was going to send the set back because if this but we turned it into a beanbag. The customer service is fabulous from payment to delivery I got an update as to what was happening with my purchase.
