Afterpay users be very aware that if you have to cancel your transaction from the Afterpay screen you will be sent an invoice for the full amount. Don't be misled into thinking you have to pay this. Simply email the business and have the invoice cancelled. I'm giving two stars because this happened and could trick unsuspecting people into thinking they've entered into a contract to buy - but at the same time I was really happy with the range and pricing.

Always happy with my products and postage time. Having Afterpay available really makes it affordable to purchase those pet products.

Easy to navigate website. Wider range of products than other sites, including prescription medicines (Ipakitine). Comparable and cheaper prices than other sites, vets and retail stores - even when factoring in delivery fees. Delivery fees very reasonable, even for heavier items like dry food. Delivery well advised with regular updates and on time. I recommend to all family, friends and colleagues.

Buying through the VetShed was uncomplicated and easy. The price was good but I was a little disappointed they didn't offer free postage on orders over $100 as I actually could've bought the 3 products elsewhere on-line for a much cheaper price per item and gotten free postage. The main reason I purchased through the VetShed in the end was because they offered AfterPay as a payment option. I probably would buy from them again for that reason and they do have a really great range of products too. Overall I give them 4 stars; I got the product I was after, I paid with a preferred payment method, it was quick and easy to use their site and the postage was really quick. Thank you VetShed.
