After having some trouble using AfterPay, I called the phone number supplied for The Vet Shed. The Customer Service I received was quick and resolved my issue exactly. I still has some trouble so I emailed and their response again was incredibly quick and had already resolved the issue again. (Issues were no fault of the Vet Shed). Order was dispatched same day and arrived only a couple of days later! Incredibly Impressed and have recommended to my family.

I think The Vet Shed is great, especially if you live close enough to shop personally. The prices are good and they carry a huge range of products. However I have found that if you have to have things delivered (I live 2 and a half hours away) it is not so cost effective and if the same product is available at my vet surgery it works out cheaper and faster to buy it there. Having items delivered by courier (the cheapest delivery option) takes a long time as I assume they are picked up at a particular time of day and if you miss that it's another day added to the wait time. Once it has been picked up from The Vet Shed it then has to go to another depot and wait for the next scheduled delivery to your area. Not ideal if you need a product quickly. I must add that the staff at The Vet Shed and the courier company are always very friendly and efficient.

Great prices on the products quite affordable Lots of variety and love the option of after pay with speedy delivery process. Would definetly recommend Thank you :)

Excellent customer service and excellent products. A pleasure to deal with aND will do again. My only downfall was the delivery time, but that isn't the vet sheds fault more the freight service. Said it was on van out for delivery 3 days ago and only just gother here. Not the first time I've had problems with the same company.

Easy to order on line and fast delivery

I found excellent information about the product I was interested in and an easy ordering system, plus reasonably quick delivery.

First time buyer. Hoped for good quality kangaroo tendons as I have experienced variations previously when product looks like anything but tendons and seemingly are other animal "parts!" These were exactly what I was looking for and came very promptly. Very pleased thank you.

Really disappointed - this is my 2nd time shopping - 1st time despatch and receiving of goods amazing 3 days - this time goods ordered a week ago - weren't despatched for 4 days (excluding public holiday).. My dogs are still without their medication.............. not good enough. I changed from my last supplier for the same reason ......

The Vet Shed deserve a 5 ☆ rating. Nothing has ever been a problem when I have ordered and contacted them. They reply fast and are very efficient. I would recommend The Vet Shed to anybody :-)

excellent easy to order and arrived quickly

Upon arriving at pickup address, the store person said that we were there too early and should give them more time, even though the order was ready to be picked up at the mid-morning next day arrival time.

Vet shed online has a lot of different products that you can't just buy from a typical pet shop, fare prices too and being able to use afterpay is fantastic. Over all very happy with my latest purchase.

Previously The Vet Shed have been good with their orders. I was a bit disappointed this time because while the product quality was very good, the pigs ears I ordered were just thrown into a cardboard box without being bagged and the box was not very sturdy, arriving with some damage. Good products, very timely service, need to revisit packaging though.

Cheaper to buy vanguard via this means then it is instore in Australia ( postage included ). Sometimes you wonder how this stuff works but it is certainly cheaper at times to shop online abroad!

After previously being disappointed with the Advantix pipette's purchased from another store, I purchased NexGard and Interceptor Spectrum chewables through The Vet Shed. Product has been excellent and produced the outcome expected, both my dogs are now extremely happy. The overall service has been excellent, from ordering to delivery of product.

easy website to use, had the products I needed. Delivery time was fanstastic, I had also ordered from another online provider who took another 3 days after the VetShed to delivery. Highly recommend the Vet Shed.
