Very Happy with the Vet Shed service but not happy with the courier service. Ordered and shipped on the Tues but took until late Fri arve to travel 60km by courier. Will definitely order again but not via courier.

I have been asked for a review of the product I bought from The Vet Shed but The Vet Shed sold me a product it doesn't have in stock (when though the web site had "in stock"), then sent me an email that my purchase was dispatched, then another email to say they were wrong and I will get my product in a couple of weeks and now sent me a survey to review the product and its serve when I have no product. Does The Vet Shed know what it is doing?

I'm disappointed to be charged $50 for freight when I know it doesn't cost that to send to NZ. More when converted especially once customs get a hold of it then I will be charged customs on freight.
