Overall things went well, it was sometimes very complicated to receive answers to our questions, but in the end everything was successful and everyone is kind. They are quick in helping tenants, however the people they work with are not always "competent" or respectful. Despite this, the experience remains positive and I recommend this agency without worries, especially for London!
