Haven't used the service very often, but the times that I did I got a notification about mail that was delivered almost immediately.

I’ve used low cost letter box for about a year now and I am very pleased with their service. Setting it up was very easy and the customer service is excellent. All our letters are scanned straight away so I can see them online and then sent straight to my home address.
