I’ve never actually bought this product, it’s always been gifted to me. I saw a new product they had and decided to buy it. Standard shipping is 5-7 days; my order sat in “pre-tracking” for 7 full days before it even updated and it’s since been sitting in the same facility for 3 days now. When you send an email, it literally responds back IMMEDIATELY because it’s AI generated. Never again will I waste the money. I’m not usually a complainer but I felt disregarded with an AI response and said AI telling me on day 6 that my order is “on track to deliver” when in fact, it’s not. Not worth the money or the headache.

I don't get it. As far as I am concerned, this is nothing more than a version of air freshener...at about three or four times the price. I know there are great reviews, but I can't figure it out. It doesn't work as indicated, it just leaves the bathroom with a heavy smell of fake lemon. Honestly, I feel like a moron for spending the money on this product. I'll use up what I have purchased, but would not buy it again.

Customer service is top!! Especially during the holidays. That’s what I notice at first. Haven’t received my product yet but I’ve heard good this about it. Very excited to try it!

As someone with pretty severe IBS I’m always destroying every bathroom im in (sorry lol). This product does wonders for the smell. I actually use 4-5 sprays prior to going to the toilet, then when all is said and done I flush and spray a couple more times to leave a refreshing smell. I bought a bigger bottle for bathroom at home and I have a smaller bottle for my handbag for when I’m at work or out and about. Products are a little pricey but definitely worth it to preserve some of my self respect and dignity.

How I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered from the company on 4th December. I have chased them and gotten the same very poor response as others here. First, after not sending my order and not saying it would be delayed by weeks, when I emailed them to find out where my order was they said "we want to be fully transparent"! How is it transparent to take someone's money, not fulfil the order, and not tell them that it will not be fulfilled?? That is fraud, not transparency. The email went on to say "We completely understand that this may not work for you. If your order has not shipped yet and you require a refund instead, please reach out to our Customer Service team at and we will process it right away". I've written to emails and also called the company. I don't think they understand "right away" any better than "fully transparent", as I've had nothing but a holding email and they don't answer their phones and won't issue a refund. Or maybe they understand these terms perfectly, and are just don't give a "poo" about their customers.

Same experience as all these other shoppers here! Avoid this company at all costs and if you still want to purchase buy in store. Ordered on 11/24/22 and they took my money immediately...still no product and the tracking they sent me is a roos...all it really shows is that a label was made- Contacted them several times and they continue to gaslight me and provide terrible customer service for lack of better words. I just want this cancelled at this point. I asked them to cancel and they said they can’t because it’s been shipped. No it hasn’t! I have since contacted my credit card and I have been credited while they continue to investigate this issue. This is very shiesty of this company to quickly take our money but not inform their customers of the potential delays in receiving product. I have received things from overseas faster than this. Its almost been a month with no product but they have out money...doesn't add up. Seems like they sold product and clearly cannot fill orders. I will never order again and because of this will be boycotting their products too. They also need to invest in some customer service training ASAP.

I have no idea if the product is good or not. I ordered a month ago and ... nothing. If they are having trouble with filling orders, then maybe--JUST MAYBE--they shouldn't continue incessantly filling my in box and social media feeds with ad soliciting even more orders. They charged my credit card immediately, too. Beginning to wonder if it's a scam ...

Ordered for their black Friday sale, shipping says 5-7 days. On day 20 still hasn't shipped, they are aware of problem and on it. They are in fact not in control of it. Sent several emails and dms before getting standard, we apologize, overwhelming response, working on it, appreciate your patience. I demanded a refund today (they charged my credit card instantly) as they still don't have an eta on when they will be shipping. But....their stories on insta show an "influencer" receiving and reviewing a gift package sent from company. How does that ship but not the paid for orders. They deleted all negative comments from their social media so people won't know what's happening. Awful awful company. I will never buy one these products again.

Good product but poor order fulfillment and delivery. Ordered 4 bottles 3 weeks ago in Canada, and have not received a shipping confirmation yet; order is still being processed. No toll-free number to call, their last facebook post was 2 years ago and looks inactive. The only customer service they offer is their head office in Texas. Definitely not a reliable company to order from.

I purchased the air and fabric odor eliminator. I had never tried one of their products before, but was hoping for a way to scent my home without putting a lot of extra chemicals into the air. I got the "holiday spice" scent, and I couldn't understand it. It smelled like really artificial banana flavoring. Very unpleasant and I couldn't see how there was anything "holiday" about it. It also made the floor sticky where it was sprayed, and I got some of it on my hand and it burned my skin, while I do not typically have sensitive skin. I contacted customer service and got no reply.

Not just one bad experience, two. Two years ago (2020) I had a bad experience ordering from them - no tracking info, vague responses from customer service, tried to accuse me of lying saying it showed my package was delivered then changed it to “Oh, it was damaged in transit, we got it back”, they blamed the whole thing on covid. They sent a replacement, but by the time it was done it took over a month to get what I ordered. Two years have passed, their holiday scents Ad on Facebook sucked me in, and being a reasonable person, I gave it another go. Order confirmation said 5-7 day shipping. Two weeks went by, nothing. I sent an inquiry, was answered 2 days later saying those holiday scents were “basically preorder” (?!) and they weren’t shipping them until a certain date (which was a week after my order). There was ZERO verbiage or info about that when I ordered - not on their site, on the ad, nothing. Red flag. They sent me a shipping confirmation later that same day with a fedex tracking #, which came up invalid when I clicked on it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the tracking info just hadn’t updated yet. I admittedly got busy for a few days and didn’t stay on top of it, as we just moved into a new home in a new state, and I’ve got ninety-eleven things to do. I checked again yesterday and it still said the tracking # is invalid. Even my Shop tracking app had that info. I sent an email again, with screenshots of the shipping confirmation email clearly showing the FedEx tracking #, and then what I was getting when I clicked on it. Now we’re past 3 weeks since I ordered. Today I got a response that they have no idea why I had a FedEx # when my package was shipped UPS, and here’s the tracking link. The verbiage regarding this was very blasé, and a little like I was sending them the wrong info, not the other way around. Then, they say “Oh, it looks like your package was damaged and sent back. Sorry to see that! Would you like a replacement or a refund?” Again, blasé, just brushing it off like it’s no big deal. So I clicked on the link they sent for my correct tracking and see that they did in fact get my package sent back due to damage - A WEEK prior. How & why would you not contact a customer when you get their order back damaged? Not only did I have no way of knowing what was going on thanks to being given a bogus tracking #, but they’ve been sitting on my damaged in transit returned order for a week. I can’t imagine being a business -especially a well-established, household name- and not being very apologetic at that big of a muck up. Now I come here and see they do this very thing to people all the time, have been for years. When does a company just stop caring to the point they let their shipping dept and customer service be that poorly run for years? Yikes. Needless to say, I just asked for a refund and I’ve found a small business on Etsy that sells a similar product and a variety of scents, including seasonal scents (my fave), so I’m giving them a try. Adios, Poo-Pourri. Y’all need to douse your whole company/operation with your spray, because it stinks worse than the poo smell it’s made for.

ever since I saw the cow farm ad, I was hooked, never gone back to any other product for my bathrooms. I am obsessed with the giant lavender bottles... can't get enough... kids are absolutely in love with it too.

I like how it works , but I've never had a bottle when the sprayer worked through even half of the bottle. It's very discouraging!! Especially considering the cost

When I received my order, one product had leaked out as the top wasn’t screwed on properly. It took a lot of chasing with their Customer Services, they said they’d send items out to compensate but I never received them, they made further promises to send items, but each time I had to chase it up and there was always another issue with them sending the items. This went on for months but eventually they have refunded the entire order. This was very generous of them, but it shouldn’t have taken so long, and they should have kept their word. I shouldn’t have needed to keep chasing it. However, the products themselves are good.

I could seriously list a million reasons why this product is so freaking fantastic but that would take up a whole lot of time...so, I just leave this; my father is the smelliest number 2 maker I literally have ever known...seriously, it's so bad...just exiting the bathroom and immediately closing the door behind, still let's out just enough sent to very offensively stain the air all the way from bathroom to back bedroom down the hallway from the bathroom and halfway into the bedroom driving out anything living desperate for clean air...AND POO~POURRI ACTUALLY 110% ELIMINATED THE ENTIRE SITUATION THE FIRST TIME MY FATHER USED THIS. The smelliest number 2 maker was in cognido for the very first time. I can't recommend this enough and is one of the few things I spread through word of mouth.

Awful awful service.. I placed an order 15 days ago, I've asked several times for information, useless replies when they do reply. they do not know when the order will ship. They can't answer where the delivery is from. I see the UK stock is different than USA. I would not recommend this company.

The Christmas scents sample pack was the first time I ever used PooPourri. It really does work. No bad smells come from the bathroom and a nice scent is left behind. I now want to try the other scents!

10/10 would recommend the spray works fantastic and it never failed me. It is also SUPER cheap.
